Payroll Officer

Job Description:

• To assist the payroll clerks in running the payroll process
  
• To ensure all processes and procedures are carried out in accordance with defined criteria
• To update payroll records as appropriate
• Prepares for signature quarterly tax returns for state
• Preparation, calculation and processing of quarterly profit sharing payments
• Processing of all management incentive bonuses and salary deferral

Requirements:

• Bachelor gradute from reputable university
• Major: Accounting, Economics
• Min GPA ≥ 3.00
• Maximum 3 years related experience in a computerized accounting environment preferably within a payroll function
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good numerical skills, good attention to detail & excellent in operating Excel
